Your Data is Yours
We never sell your data. You retain full ownership and control over all your content — lesson plans, chatbot configurations, student session transcripts, and everything else you create on Secondary AI. We are a service provider, not a data broker.
Never Used for AI Training
Your materials and your students' conversations are not used to train public AI models. Your content is for your chatbots, and yours alone. We believe that using teachers' work or students' learning data to improve AI products without explicit consent is a fundamental violation of trust.
Student Safety by Default
No student accounts are required. Students never provide email addresses or passwords. Anonymous mode means Secondary AI can operate with zero personally identifiable information from any student. Teacher oversight means every chatbot, every session, and every transcript remains under educator control.
Built for Compliance
Secondary AI is designed to support COPPA, FERPA, and PIPEDA compliance. We act as a school official and service provider under these frameworks — meaning we are bound by the same obligations as the schools we serve. Compliance is not a product feature; it is how we operate.
